Apprentice News Story – Toyah
Toyah commenced learning with Poultec Training in 2017 on her first Apprenticeship, a Level 2 Diploma in Business Administration whilst working at Norfolk & Suffolk NHS Foundation Trust. This being Toyah’s first job at just 16 years old, she was very keen to get stuck into her apprenticeship, as this qualification would enabled her to progress and gain more skills within the business. On completion of her Apprenticeship. Toyah decided to move to another employer to continue to further her experience and career.
Toyah applied for a job at an Independent Financial Advisors Company, Capital Tower Ltd and was delighted when she was offered the position. Toyah wanted to continue her learning further and her new employer was happy for her to progress onto her Level 3 Diploma for the Business Administrator with us, Poultec Training.
Toyah has now completed her Level 3 apprenticeship and has successfully passed her End Point Assessment. She now plans to continue studying and is looking to progress onto a financial qualification that will help her in both her present position, but also allow her to pursue a career in finance which she is thoroughly enjoying.
Toyah worked very hard throughout both her apprenticeships, constantly providing high quality work. I wish her all the best for the future. – Margaret, Tutor/Assessor.
