Young Chef of the Year Competition
Tuesday 27th Sept 9.30 – 2pm
Free entry. Open to all aged 16-25yrs
Each contestant will be given a bag of ingredients and will be expected to make a main dish out of the food given to them
Each contestant will be judged on catering skills, imagination of the dish, taste, texture, colour and finally dish presentation.
Prizes will be awarded to the winning competitor and runner up.
Prizes TBC - 1st Prize £20.00 Jarrolds voucher and 2nd portable food temperature probe
All contestants will be awarded a certificate.
