Clinical

We deliver a range of different Apprenticeships to support staff in surgeries, practices, clinics, health centres, NHS or private hospitals across the country. Our Business Administrator, Customer Service and Dental Apprenticeships enable individuals to work with other employees within the company attaining on-the-job training.

Our experienced tutors will visit monthly to accompany the study side of the Apprenticeship teaching and developing new capabilities and understanding.

Business Administrator

The Apprenticeship will include the following:

• Level 3 Diploma for Business Administrators
• Level 2 Functional Skills in English and Maths (if required)

To complete the Apprenticeship an End Point Assessment will be carried out by an independent assessor. Your tutor will ensure that you are ready for this assessment.

Customer Services Practitioner

The Apprenticeship will include the following:

• Level 2 Diploma for Customer Service Practitioners
• Level 1 Functional Skills English & Maths (if required)

To complete the Apprenticeship an End Point Assessment will be carried out by an independent assessor. Your tutor will ensure that you are ready for assessment.

Customer Service Specialists

The Apprenticeship will include the following:

• Level 3 Diploma for Customer Service Specialists
• Level 2 Functional Skills English & Maths (if required)

Dental Nurse Apprenticeship

The Apprenticeship will include the following:

• Level 3 Diploma in Dental Nursing
• Level 2 Functional Skills English & Maths (if required)

Dental Practice Manager Apprenticeship

The Apprenticeship will include the following:

• ILM Level 4 Certificate in Leadership & Management
• Level 2 Functional Skills English & Maths (if required)
