Customer Service

We deliver Customer Service Apprenticeships in a range of different customer-facing job role companies across Norfolk and Suffolk. You will work with other employees within the company gaining on-the-job training.  Our experienced tutors will visit monthly to accompany the study side of the Apprenticeship teaching and developing new skills and knowledge. Our tutors will also set written work via an online portfolio for the Apprentices to complete in-between visits.

In addition, you will be invited to attend workshops via Zoom, in these sessions Apprentices will gain transferable skills as well as acquiring information to develop your customer service skills.

The Apprenticeship has been developed specifically to tailor around your working environment to ensure all your training is relevant and relatable to your company/job role. You will be able to recognise good practice in customer service, demonstrate how to deal with both routine and more difficult customers, be confident about using customer service language, understand the processes designed to make customer service more effective and show how to support others within the organisation.

Following a Customer Service Apprenticeship there are opportunities to continue your studies with a higher Apprenticeship or it could lead to more senior role within the company.

Customer Services Practitioner

The Apprenticeship will include the following:

• Level 2 Diploma for Customer Service Practitioners
• Level 1 Functional Skills English & Maths (if required)

To complete the Apprenticeship an End Point Assessment will be carried out by an independent assessor. Your tutor will ensure that you are ready for assessment.

Customer Service Specialists

The Apprenticeship will include the following:

• Level 3 Diploma for Customer Service Specialists
• Level 2 Functional Skills English & Maths (if required)
