Hospitality & Catering
We deliver Hospitality & Catering Apprenticeships in a variety of establishments across Norfolk including cafes, restaurants, pubs and holiday centres. You will work alongside other employees gaining on-the-job training. Our experienced tutors visit monthly to accompany the study side of the Apprenticeship, training and improving your skills to help you progress within the hospitality and catering industry. Our tutors will also set tasks via an online portfolio for the you to complete in-between visits.
The Apprenticeship is highly versatile and tailored specifically to the type of business you are working in. You will carry out jobs such as managing budgets, providing customer service, supervising others, coordinating events, overseeing food and beverage or prepping, making and cooking food for service.
Following successful achievement of the Hospitality and Catering Apprenticeship there are opportunities to continue your studies with a higher Apprenticeship or it could lead to becoming a head chef, team leader, supervisor or manager.
