Management

We deliver Management Apprenticeships in a number of business across Norfolk and is suitable for new or existing managers. You will work above other employees gaining on-the-job training. Our experienced tutors visit monthly to accompany the study side of the Apprenticeship. Training and improving your management skills to help you advance within your management role. Our tutors will also set tasks via an online portfolio for the you to complete in-between visits.

In addition, you will be invited to attend workshops via Zoom, in these sessions Apprentices will gain transferable skills as well as obtaining information to help develop your management services.

The Apprenticeship will vary depending on the level and sector in which you are employed at. You will be leading teams, helping grow, and maintain full control over the business and its performance all at the same time.

Following successful achievement of the Management Apprenticeship you can register as full member with the Chartered management institute and/or the Institute of leadership and management, and those with three years of management experience can apply for Chartered manager status through the CMI.

Team Leader and Supervisor Apprenticeship

The Apprenticeship will include the following:

• Level 3 Diploma for Managers
• Level 2 Functional Skills Maths and English (if required)

To complete the Apprenticeship an End Point Assessment will be carried out by an independent assessor. Your tutor will ensure that you are ready for assessment.

Operations & Departmental Manager Apprenticeship

The Apprenticeship will include the following:

• Level 5 Diploma for Leaders & Managers
• Level 2 Functional Skills Maths and English (if required)

To complete the Apprenticeship an End Point Assessment will be carried out by an independent assessor. Your tutor will ensure that you are ready for assessment.
