Business
We deliver Business Administration, Data Technician, Improvement Practitioner and Multi-Channel Marketer Apprenticeships in a range of different companies across Norfolk and Suffolk from legal to medical organisations. You will work alongside other employees within the company gaining on-the-job training. Our experienced tutors will visit monthly to accompany the study side of the Apprenticeship teaching and developing new skills and knowledge. Our tutors will also set written work via an online portfolio for you to complete in-between visits.
Additionally, you will have the opportunity to participate in workshops via Zoom. These sessions are designed to equip Apprentices with valuable transferable skills and provide essential information to support your development.
Following these Apprenticeships there are opportunities to continue your studies with a higher Apprenticeship or it could lead to more senior role within the business.

This qualification targets individuals who are working in business administration roles and seeking to enhance their skills and knowledge. With monthly taught sessions and workplace visits, the Apprenticeship offers flexibility, tailored to both the employers and learners needs.
The Apprenticeship will include the following:
- Level 3 Diploma for Business Administrators
- Level 2 Functional Skills in English and Maths (if required)
To complete the Apprenticeship an End Point Assessment will be carried out by an independent assessor. Your tutor will ensure that you are ready for this assessment.
Data Technician
This Level 3 Data Technician Apprenticeship can be delivered in all sectors where data is generated or processed including but not limited to finance, retail, education, health, media, manufacturing and hospitality. The broad purpose of the occupation is to source, format and present data securely in a relevant way for analysis using basic methods; to communicate outcomes appropriate to the audience; analyses structured and unstructured data to support business outcomes; blend data from multiple sources as directed and apply legal and ethical principles when manipulating data.
The Apprenticeship will include Level 2 Functional Skills in English and Maths (if required)
The final part of the Apprenticeship is an independent end point assessment consisting of two scenario-based demonstrations with questioning and professional discussion underpinned by portfolio.
Improvement Practitioner
This Level 4 Improvement Practitioners Apprenticeship can be delivered in a range of business that have a blend of Lean and Six Sigma, project and change management principles and tools to identify and lead the delivery of change across organisational functions and processes. Improvement Practitioners can be found across all sectors and functions including automotive, banking, engineering, food products, IT, property, retail, telecoms, Local and County Councils, NHS, Voluntary / Charity, Utilities, Pharmaceuticals, Insurance, Hospitality etc.
The Apprenticeship will include Level 2 Functional Skills in English and Maths (if required)
The final part of the Apprenticeship is an independent end point assessment consisting of multiple-choice examination, project report, presentation & questioning, professional discussion, underpinned by log.
Multi-Channel Marketer
This Level 3 Multi-Channel Marketer Apprenticeship can be delivered in small, medium, large and multinational organisations in private, public and third sectors such as the finance, construction, facilities, automotive, manufacturing, engineering, health, retail, food, hospitality, and IT. Multi-channel marketers will sit within a specific company/agency that provides marketing deliverables and advice to external clients, or within an internal marketing team, delivering marketing activities to drive that business. The role will be primarily office-based or remote working. They may spend time away from the work area attending exhibitions and events, meetings with external marketing suppliers, marketing research suppliers, visiting clients, trade shows, or supporting research activities.
The Apprenticeship will include Level 2 Functional Skills in English and Maths (if required)
The final part of the Apprenticeship is an independent end point assessment consisting of project report with presentation and questioning and interview underpinned by portfolio of evidence.
