Warehousing

We deliver Warehousing Apprenticeships in lots of warehouses across the Norfolk and Suffolk. You will work with other employees within the company attaining on-the-job training. Our experienced tutors will visit monthly to accompany the study side of the Apprenticeship. Teaching and developing new capabilities and understanding within warehousing. Our tutors will also set written work via an online portfolio for the Apprentices to complete in-between visits.

The Apprenticeship will be tailored specifically to the type of warehouse you work in. Your duties will include operating specialist machinery to get things onto, down from and to high storage spaces, keeping goods at low temperatures and improving your spatial awareness, so that you can quickly and efficiently load objects of different shapes and sizes.

Following successful completion of the Warehousing Apprenticeship there are opportunities to continue your studies with a higher Apprenticeship or it could lead to more senior role within the team such as supervisor, team leader or management.

Supply Chain Warehouse Operative Apprenticeship

The Apprenticeship will include the following:

• Level 2 Certificate in Warehousing & Storage
• Level 1 Functional Skills Maths and English (if required)

To complete the Apprenticeship an End Point Assessment will be carried out by an independent assessor. Your tutor will ensure that you are ready for assessment.
