Gressingham Foods Staff Achievement Recognised
Gressingham Foods have recently celebrated the successful completion of their fourth group of FDQ IPQ Level 2 in Meat and Poultry Qualifications and Level 2 Poultry Meat Inspection Awards.
A presentation was held at the company’s Redgrave site near Diss on 11th February 2013. The group was made up of 17 candidates. Attending the presentation were Ann Ashwell (Group Personnel Manager, Redgrave site), Alex Brzoska (Training Officer, Redgrave site) and Tim Hammond (Assessor, Poultec Training).
On presentation of the Apprenticeship certificates, Ann Ashwell congratulated the successful candidates and thanked them for their hard work and commitment. She added how she was proud that the company was at the forefront of staff development within their sector and praised the commitment and achievement of the employees, some with English as a second language. Tim Hammond, added his congratulations and complemented the group on the quality of evidence produced and the effort and development he had seen, put in by the candidates. Gressingham Foods, Redgrave has an on-going training partnership with Poultec Training and has a further 20 employees working on Level 2 Apprenticeship and Level 3 Apprenticeship programmes.
