It’s a Distinction for Pippa!
Catering and Commercial Apprentice, Pippa at Norwich City Football Club recently achieved a Distinction at end point assessment this was the final part of her Level 3 Business Administration Apprenticeship. ‘Learning on the job gave me so much more experience, I had a great team supporting me throughout my Apprenticeship and I couldn’t be happier with achieving a distinction’ says Pippa.
Pippa says ‘I really enjoyed my completing my Apprenticeship. My tutor Nicola helped grow my knowledge on business and how organisations run during our monthly one to one session’s and I was able to put what I learnt into practice.’ Pippa also attended many of the Poultec Training Zoom workshops which are created for all other Business Administration Apprentices who work at all types of different companies to gain knowledge which they can take away and use within their jobs. Pippa said ‘I found the IT workshop session very useful and was able to and still do use the skills in my job every day.’
‘Pippa joined the Club as Catering and Commercial Apprentice and made it clear from the outset that her passion was for events. She started getting more involved in assisting us with daily tasks, and we realised how quickly she was picking things up and how eager she was to learn more. She has gone from shadowing the team to taking on her own clients and seeing her own events through from enquiry to execution very successfully. All of the skills Pippa has learnt in her Apprenticeship have been put into practice in her day-to-day role, and she is a very valued member of the team assisting in all aspects of conference, meetings and events as well and special events.’ Says Rosie, Sales Coordinator
‘Pippa was an excellent learner, she was able to pick up concepts fast and apply them to her work within the football club. I was very proud of her results and achievements’ states Nicola.
