Poultec Finish the Month Long Tache Bash
A team of staff from Poultec Training Limited and South Green Park Limited today celebrated the completion of their month-long fund raising efforts for the Movember foundation. The team of eighteen members of staff, known as the Poultec Mo- Bros have been growing moustaches for the month of November, with support of the Poultec Mo-Sistas. The team have raised over £1,300 to date, with more money pledged and due to come in over the next few days.
Movember is a global campaign to raise awareness and funds for men’s health issues, specifically prostate and testicular cancer. Nathan Raines who spearheaded the fundraising efforts within the organisation said ‘I’m proud of the effort the team have put in and amazed at the generosity of friends, family and colleagues who have kindly donated to this cause. We hope that we have also raised awareness of men’s health issues’.
The Poultec Mo-Bros and Mo-Sistas include: Nathan Raines, Neale McArdle, Leroy Burrell, Nigel Mendham, Kevin Bowman, Charles Layton, Colin Emberley, Carl Fryett, Richard Bandrowski, Mark Raines, Ben Gaskins, Ben Bandrowski, James Smith, Andrew Ellis, David Gregory, Rachel Oner, Margaret Emberley and Pam Dowling.
The Poultec team are now considering taking advantage of our new hair and beauty salon at South Green Park, where tutor Charlene Folder said that she would assist with ‘tash removal!
